Not quite black and not fully green, Oolongs are somewhere in between and are remarkable teas. Called the "philosopher's drink" and "liquid sunshine", many connoisseurs consider Oolong to be their favorite. Oolongs can range from dark brown in leaf appearance to a light, vibrant green. Their taste is equally complex - some naturally earthy and smoky while others are floral with a fruity aroma and soft, sweet taste.
