Chai is the universal word for "tea" in many countries, including India, China, Japan and some parts of Russia. The word "Chai" in the U.S., however, has come to mean "Masala" or "Spiced" Tea, served already combined with milk and sugar. All our Chai blends start with real tea and authentic spices - no mixes or powders here. We have them in many forms, both with the traditional black tea base as well as with Rooibos which has no caffeine. Chai blends are usually served, already mixed with milk and sugar and enjoyed in many parts of India as the daily tea of choice.
