Domestic Shipping Policy:


We ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  We try to ship from the location closest to the  customer, wherever possible.  We have warehouses on both the east and west coast. The shipping charge is calculated based on weight and destination according to UPS rates. Please be aware that very small packages (4 lbs. or less) tend to be charged at disproportionately high rates by UPS. Rates normalize at the 10-15 lb. range so do not be surprised at high rates if your order is small.  We will only charge the actual UPS rates.  If the estimated shipping on your online order is higher than the actual rate, you will see an e-mail with a refund.  Our gift and commitment to you!

Hawaii, Alaska & International Shipping Policy:


At this time, we can only accept online orders within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. However, if you live in another part of the world you can still place an order by contacting us at info@ecoprimatea.com or calling 1-877-ECO-TEAS. For Hawaii customers, please contact us to obtain the most cost-effective shipping which is not always via UPS.
