Will my previous log-in and password work on this new site?
No. You will have to create an account on this new site.

How do I go about setting up a wholesale account and why can't I see pricing?
Just fill in our New Customer Registration Form here. You will receive an “Approved” e-mail back from us. Until then you can browse the site but will not be able to view wholesale prices.
Eco-Prima Tea is for businesses engaged in the sale or resale of tea, not for individual consumers.

What if I wanted a quantity not listed on the site?
You can indicate your special instructions at Checkout in the box that says SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO VENDOR. Or just call or e-mail us at info@ecoprimatea.com
What if I want a blend not listed on your site?
Please contact us. Our entire tea catalogue is not listed online and chances are we have it or can blend it for you.
Do you offer volume discounts beyond the quantities listed on the site?
Yes, of course. Online ordering is geared towards customers who do not normally order case or pallet amounts. For those, we recommend you contact us by phone or e-mail so we can provide accurate totals including the best shipping rates.
Questions About Order Processing
How long does it take to receive our order?
We aim for same or next-day order fulfillment but some complex orders with multiple items, large quantities or blending may take up to a week. We have the capability to ship from both coasts and, wherever possible, we select the option that is most cost-efficient for you. Shipping is usually 2 – 5 days via regular ground UPS shipping. Tracking is provided on every invoice which will allow you to estimate arrival.
