Green Teas
Green teas are not just good for you, they taste great! There is a wide variety of Green tea ranging from mellow to smoky to astringent or even floral. The more you know about Green Tea and the more you sample and taste, the better you will be able to provide guidance to your customers.
The most common mistakes made in steeping green tea are using too much leaf and steeping too long. Follow some basic guidelines and you will have a perfect cup - light, refreshing, relaxing and full of flavor. Steeping incorrectly can result in a bitter brew. Try China greens for a mellow taste. Japan greens tend to have a slightly more vegetal, astringent taste. Steeping directions are provided by us on every tea package.
Our flavored Green blends are expertly crafted. They are excellent hot or iced. You can sort all the Green teas we have through various filters - origin, name, flavor, organic or fair trade.
