From South India, Nilgiri (Blue Hills) region, this is a black tea with a medium body from Kundaly Estate.  The leaf style is that of a FBOP (Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe) with whole leaf mixed with broken leaf.  A self-drinking tea, can be enjoyed as is and considered a "forgiving" tea - over-steeping does not lead to bitterness.
