Use 1 heaped Tbsp. leaf per 8 oz. water. Let boiling water cool slightly. Steep Oolong for 10-15 seconds, throw away the liquor and then re-steep 2 minutes. Multiple infusions encouraged. each infusion approximately 20 - 30 seconds longer.
