Ingredients:
Rooibos, Ginger Root, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, with Cinnamon, Ginger & Vanilla Flavor.
Steeping Instructions:
Use 1.5 Tbsp. Rooibos for a 8 oz. cup. Steep for 5 minutes in 2/3 cup boiling water. Add 1/3 cup hot milk. Add sugar to taste.
