Hibiscus, Pineapple pieces, mango pieces, Date pieces, Safflowers, Rosehips, Marigold Petals, with Natural & Artificial flavors

Steeping Instructions:

Use 1 heaped Tbsp. Tisane per 8 oz. water. Pour boiling water over leaves. Steep for 5 – 7 minutes. Milk should NOT be added.
