Steeping Instructions:
Place 1/4 tsp. Matcha in a bowl. If clumpy, strain through a fine sieve. Add 2 oz. boiling water and whisk to remove all clumps. When smooth, add 6 oz. of boiling water or steamed milk of choice and whisk briskly until the Matcha is fully dispersed. Best made using a Matcha Whisk. Store in a cool place and use within 2 months of opening.
