Organic Japan Sencha
Description:
Japan Sencha Asamushi - astringent, pale green cup, classic. This is a blend of spring and the best of the summer harvest. A light steaming gives a more full needle-like shape to the leaves. Flavor is grassy, brisk, undernote of asparagus.

Steeping Instructions:
Use 1 scant teaspoon leaf per 8 oz. water. Allow boiling water to cool slightly, then pour over leaves. Steep 2 minutes. Multiple infusions encouraged.
