Use 1 scant teaspoon leaf per 8 oz. water. Allow boiling water to cool slightly, then pour over leaves. Steep 2 minutes. Multiple infusions encouraged.

Use 1 teaspoon leaf per 8 oz. water. Pour boiling water over leaves, steep for 2-3 minutes. Multiple infusions encouraged. Steep each subsequent infusion an additional 20 seconds.
