Pu-erh Tea, Black Tea, Cocoa Nibs, Carob, Cocoa Husk with Natural Flavors 

Steeping Instructions:

Use 2 heaped teaspoons leaf for a 8 oz. cup. Pour 1/3 cup boiling water over leaves. Steep 5 minutes. Add 1/3 cup heated milk and sugar to taste.
